Medium Support
At Grit Care, our Medium Support setting provides a bridge between 24 hour support and a more independent low support housing.
With on-site staff available, we offer structured guidance tailored to each individual’s care needs. These services are designed to promote stability, recovery and ultimately independence.
We specialise in supporting a wide range of care needs including Mental health ( especially those under MHA s117), Care Leavers and Asylum Seekers, Medium-High support Homelessness, Domestic Violence survivors and individuals with Learning or Physical disabilities.
We also provide our service at – Bexleyheath, Kent, Bromley, Crayford, Dartford, Eltham, Erith, Lewisham, North Greenwich, Orpington, Sidcup, Thamesmead, Welling and Woolwich, Barehurst, West Heath, Upton.
Croydon, South Croydon, Thornton Heath, Broad Green, Selhurst, Waddon, Purely and East Croydon, West Croydon, Addington, South Norwood, Addiscombe, Sutton.
